SHIPPING LOCATIONS

At this time, we only offer shipping to the U.S. All Canadian orders should be placed through RAINCRY.ca. We no longer ship packages internationally. We apologize for the inconvenience.

SHIPPING COSTS

Mainland U.S.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories

Free Shipping is not a guaranteed service.
Delivery to U.S. only. Excludes weekends and holidays. In-stock items only.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
Express shipping may be offered at additional cost. Please see checkout for details. 

TRACKING

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been processed and fulfilled. This usually happens within 1 to 2 business days of your order. If you have any questions, please contact info@RAINCRY.com for assistance. 

REFUSED PACKAGES

A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed by close of business Tuesday.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME - STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 5-8 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 3-5 business days. Please note free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. For quicker delivery, All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. RAINCRY is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) 

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS/

DOT RESTRICTED

DOT restricted including items that are pressurized or flammable, must be shipped via Standard Ground in accordance with the Department of Transportation.

FREIGHT FORWARDERS

RAINCRY doesn't ship to freight forwarders or addresses outside the United States. We reserve the right to cancel all orders shipping to a freight forwarder.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day and will refund you for the item. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email (orderconfirmation@RAINCRY.com).

HOLIDAY SHIPPING DATES

For the 2022 holiday season, please place orders by the following dates. These dates act as a guide and not a guarantee. Once shipped RAINCRY is not responsible for delays by shipping providers or mail carriers.

• December 12 - Standard Shipping
• December 19 - Express Shipping

CLOSED WAREHOUSE DATES

For U.S. orders: In accordance with U.S. Federal holidays, our warehouse will be closed on the following days:

• January 1st — New Year's Day
• Last Monday of May— Memorial Day
• July 4th — Independence Day
• First Monday of September — Labor Day
• Fourth Thursday in November— Thanksgiving Day
• Friday after Thanksgiving Day — The Day After Thanksgiving Day
• December 24th — Christmas Eve
• December 25th — Christmas Day
• December 31st — New Year's Eve
